Duties & Responsibilities
1) Handle domestic and oversea sales, customer service for both existing and new customers, build rapport and good relationships with customers.
2) Market and promote our products and services.
3) Manage credit and payment matters.
4) To update relevant information pertaining to the specifications for customers control purchase.
5) Monitor and track sales process for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame.
6) Coordinate with customers for artworks, samples, shipping, documentation and understanding on country requirements.
7) Liaise with other departments (such as: QA, warehouse etc.) on issues faced.
8) To provide management with update on market opportunities.
9) Shall take additional responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior
