Duties & Responsibilities

- 01) Identify and implement continuous improvements to the factories production processes.

- 02) Maintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production best practices tools and techniques and implement them in a reasonable and and responsible manner.

- 03) Develop and implement improvement in production processes to maintain and improves product quality.

- 04) Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity.

- 05) Collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to management.

- 06) Lead and manage a team of 4 to 5 engineers.

- 07) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- 05) Proficient in MS Office software skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).

- 06) Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
