RoleDuties & Responsibilities 1. Assist in coordinating the flow of work and materials between various departments. 2. Support the creation and maintenance of computerized records for material movements to ensure accuracy for audits. 3. Follow up with relevant departments on material flow, progress, and inventory levels. 4. Assist storekeepers in moving or transporting materials between departments according to production needs. 5. Support the examination of incoming materials to ensure they match purchase order documentation. 6. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to coordinate incoming material inspections. 7. Help ensure materials are properly labelled, organized, and recorded in the SAP system. 8. Assist with inventory control using SAP, e-Workflow, and other automation tools.
