Role

1. To be future Assistant HOF to manage F38A operation, production and compounding trouble shooting
2. Drive quality and cost cutting improvement project.
3. Improve F38 OEE by improving 1st grade, OQC passing rate and production uptime.
4. Train up young production and compounding team.
5. Handle safety, environment and audit issue.
6. Improve F38 factory ranking.
7. Responsible for the day to day operations of the production line including; production output, operational cost, and downtime.
8. To come up with improvement and innovation projects as solution which can improve goods quality and efficiency and reduce cost.
9. Ensure smooth running of production lines by identifying problems and troubleshooting problems when they occur.
10. To study and implement new process controls, optimisation, re-engineering, improvement or innovation plans that can reduce cost of production as well as improve glove quality in line with company's business direction.
11.Work with external/internal suppliers and other team members to reduce chemical costs and consumption without compromising gloves quality.
12. Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent quality, output, utilization, low chemical consumption, low operational costs and no accidents.
13. Provide training to production supervisors, line operators and workers on the proper handling of chemicals, production process and other relevant knowledge on glove production. Training records to be maintained.
14. Ensure production team are practicing good housekeeping concept and safety measures to ensure that all jobs done in the Production Department are properly performed in compliant to the industrial safety and health requirements.
15. Monitor closely the production parameters for all the machine lines and report the deviations to production personnel and work out corrective actions with them. Ensure timely corrective actions are taken by the production department.

Job Requirements

1) Minimum Degree / Diploma in Chemical/ Manufacturing/Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
2) Minimum 3 years experience in operation and machine equipment.
3) Ability to supervise and lead subordinates.
4) Knowledge on maintenance, machinery equipments, tools and hardware.
5) Willing to work shift, extra hours, weekends and public holidays.
