1)
To
coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials between various
departments.
2)
To
create and maintain computerized records for materials movements, to ensure
the records are correct at all time and available for audits.
3)
To
check with various departments for material flow within the supply chain, to
gauge progress and inventory levels.
4)
To
manage the storekeepers to move or transport materials between departments in
response to production needs or other operations for the company.
5)
To
examine to ensure the incoming materials to be conformed with purchase order
documentation.
6)
To work closely with Quality Assurance Department in
coordinating for incoming material inspection.
7)
To keep materials organized with proper labelling and
accounted as per book value in SAP system at all time.
8)
To manage inventory control using various automation
approaches, included SAP system, ework flow system, etc
9)
To ensure and maintain a safe and clean store
environment and chemical warehouse by developing and publishing evacuation
routes, determine and documenting locations of potentially dangerous material
and chemical.
10) To
coordinate with inter-departmental colleagues to obtain / compile necessary
reports that related to chemicals.
11) To
abstract SAP data and prepare analysis report and material movement history
when needed, as to facilitate the Management in making good decision for the
company.
12) To
conduct spot checks at factories.
13) To work
closely with the Head of Department in ensuring the departmental improvement
projects to be successfully implemented.
14) To
cooperate and work with purchasers and end-users in handling the scrap
material selling and other tasks.
15) To work
with various departments in handling the monthly stock take.
16) assist in
research and innovation projects in improving the Store Department’s
operation.
17) To
observe, promote and upkeep the Top Glove’s Business philosophies and company
policies at all time.
18)
Shall
take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
19)
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected
work process procedure/ instruction.
