217 - Internship, Hr (Industrial Relations)  

Role
1. Assist in preparing and issuing show cause letters, warning letters, and other IR documentation.
2. Support the team in conducting preliminary investigations for disciplinary cases.
3. Assist in arranging domestic inquiries and taking minutes of inquiry proceedings.
4. Help maintain and update IR case records and tracking reports.
5. Conduct research on labor laws, regulations, and best practices for reference.
6. Provide administrative support for union matters, staff grievances, and employee engagement initiatives.
7. Assist in drafting reports and presentations for management on IR-related matters.
8. Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to employee relations and compliance.

Job Requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Interest in Industrial Relations, Employment Law, and HR compliance.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
