Role
1)Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, university portals).
2) Screen incoming resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3) Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4) Maintain and update candidate records and trackers.
5) Communicate with candidates professionally via email and phone.
6) Support general administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.
7) Attended physical career fairs to support more talent pool.
8) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
9) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure /instruction.
