Duties & Responsibilities

- 01) Monitoring of the Compounding process flow and the compliances with the requirement of the compounding process as follow the sequence and method.

- 02) Manage and monitoring Compounding workers’ job scope, attendance, work performance and discipline. Ensure workers are trained and understand the proper compounding process and carried out proper compound.

- 03) Analyse compounding process and perform troubleshooting for Compounding improvement and report to management accordingly.

- 04) Carry out testing and recommendation for process improvement based on the system improvement on the Compounding to the management in order to set the standard of performance and management style.

- 05) To liaise with Production and R&D Chemist for the new chemicals testing as to meet the product requirement and standards. To also carry out testing on chemicals testing for further improve quality with efficient low cost.

- 06) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

- 07) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.

Job Requirements
- 01) Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.

- 02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).

- 03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

- 04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
