243 - Internship, Hr [talent Development]   (Vacancy Closed)

Role

1) Facilitate structured induction program for all new staff including general orientation for interns.
2) Facilitate and communicate the Readiness Program coordination for new staff.
3) Coordinate and facilitate in-house training/ seminar/ talk/ awareness programs.
4) Work closely with Operation Unit and Business Unit in identifying skill gaps and recommend relevant skill development program to address and close the gap.
5) Ensure completion of the learning-cycle for both in house and public programs.
6) Summarize and review training evaluation and effectiveness.
7) Assist on training related logistic matters such as materials preparation, training room, reservation which including arrangement, F&B confirmation and others.
8) Review and recommend cost effective training provider.
9) Manage HRDF training grants and other traning subsidies.
10) Organize staff engagement activity.
11) Design, develop and execute learning and development programs.

Job Requirements

1) Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
