253 - Executive, Packing  


Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manage the production planning and overall packing operation.
2. Evaluates and reviews Weekly Sales Review (WSR) : analyse and produce forecasts for planning.
3. Co-ordinate with the marketing, shipping / Purchasing department on all issues pertaining to the processing of sales orders.
4. Liaised with Marketing, Production, QA, Shipping / Purchasing to ensure on time container delivery to customer.
5. Monitor production output and to ensure that packing output achieves the target.
6. Liaised with shipping department for deliveries of shipment, and coordinating with other factories for combined shipment orders.
7. Coordinate with the Purchasing department on status of each sales order and to order packing materials accordingly.

Job Requirements

01) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent from reputable universities.
02) Fresh graduate / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
03) CGPA should be 3.00 and above.
04) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
05) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
06) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
