Role

1. Assist the team in supporting improvement initiatives related to product quality, cost efficiency, cycle time, and manufacturing line performance.
2. Support engineers and supervisors in basic troubleshooting of routine issues on production lines.
3. Assist in compiling and updating daily production reports and monitoring downline attendance records.
4. Participate in training sessions and assist in preparing training materials for supervisors, assistant supervisors, leaders, and operators.
5. Support the monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCP) within the department and help maintain related records in accordance with HACCP requirements under supervision.

Job Requirements

1) Degree or diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.

2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).

3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
