Role
1. Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops and employee development activities.
2. Support training logistics including scheduling, venue arrangement and participant coordination.
3. Maintain and update training records, attendance lists and training databases.
4. Assist in preparing training materials, presentations and reports.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers when required.
6. Support the evaluation of training programs by collecting feedback from participants.
7. Assist the team in implementing employee learning and development initiatives.
8. Provide administrative support for ongoing training and development projects
