Duties & Responsibilities

The hiring is to support both existing operations and the new upline by strengthening managerial oversight in glove manufacturing. This role ensures smooth start-up and stabilization of the upline while maintaining production efficiency, quality, and safety standards. The additional managerial support enables effective manpower coordination, timely decision-making, and risk mitigation, ensuring operational continuity and sustainable performance across all production lines.
