Duties & Responsibilities
1. To conduct operational audit for all factories of Top Glove Group of companies.
2. To add value and improve productivity of the operation by focusing on key process and internal control that may cause wastages and losses of resources, then recommend improvement plans or correction.
3. To highlight wastages and losses created during production by auditee.
4. To suggest improvement of operation productivity and efficiency by making inter-factory comparisons in terms of procedures and controls.
5. Conduct audit according to the audit checklist on the checking criteria for every department in the factory.
6. Prepare and improve audit procedure by collecting, analysing and summarizing past operating information and audit reports.

Job Requirements
Job Requirement
1) At least a Degree or 2 years of working experience in the related field.
2) Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics.
3) An independent and result-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure and
minimum supervision as well a team player.
4) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
5) Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
6) Membership of an appropriate professional body would be advantageous.
