318 - Trainee, Compounding & R&D  

Role

1) To assist in improvement project at production lines especially on heat loss area.

2) To assist in cost saving projects such as process parameters modification and utilities consumption reduction.

3) To provide assistance to M&E team in troubleshooting production line issue.

4) To assist in R&D team in monitoring and troubleshooting production line issue..

5) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
6) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1) Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
