Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist in troubleshooting and providing corrective and prevention solution for glove issue.
2. Assist in automation project for production line dipping process.
3. Assist in routine checking of line condition and glove quality.
4. Assist in executing lab scale research project followed by mass trial dipping.
5. To learn about 5S and Lean Manufacturing process.
6. To carry out Improvement Project as per superior’s instruction.
7. To carry out Quality Improvement and Cost Cutting budget project.

Job Requirements
1) Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
