Duties & Responsibilities
- 01) To be responsible to identify potential markets/ customers.
- 02) To support and service new/existing customers.
- 03) To market and promote our products and services to new/existing customers.
- 04) To monitor & track sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame.
- 05) To update the incoming order details (Purchase order, carton dimension, density, quantity) in planning template and communicate with the operation team on the order handling.
- 06) To review and update Customer Request Form, planner folder in TGNAS and daily planning status in the operation group communication platform.
- 07) To assist service request forms compilation, customer complaints and ISO documentation revision.
- 08) To perform Post Goods Issue and other necessary SAP transaction for sales.
