Duties & Responsibilities
1) Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
2) Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and related documentation.
3) Support the coordination and organization of marketing events, exhibitions, tradeshows, and customer visits.
4) Manage correspondence including emails, meeting arrangements, and responses to customer inquiries.
5) Prepare meeting minutes, marketing reports, and sales summaries as required.
6) Maintain proper filing and documentation of marketing records, agreements, and contracts.
7) Assist in compiling monthly reports, sales analysis, and other administrative documentation.
8) Coordinate internal meetings and facilitate communication between the Marketing team and other departments.
9) Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by the Manager or immediate superior.
