Duties & Responsibilities
1) Managing and maintaining product portfolio.
2) Attending to sales marketers’ enquiries related to products, and conducting regular product training to Sales Marketers
3) Managing monthly product pricing inclusive of product portfolio, features/variants, std packing style, relevant surcharge/ downcharge, MOQ, artwork
etc
4) Develop all necessary supporting and promotional kits ie: flyer, video, sales guide, product slide etc
5) Managing product awareness & positioning in all social media platform ie: Website, Customer's Portal, Facebook, Instagram
6) Maintaining market/ product intelligence & analysis, monitoring & tracking sales and market trend/ development with periodic reporting
7) Liaising with Regulatory Department to make available on all necessary supporting documentation/ test report/ certification
8) Managing the launching of any new/improved products by getting sales marketers to promote aggressively including during tradeshows
9) Handle special projects and/or additional responsibility assigned by manager/immediate superior.
