1.
To understand compouding process flow from incoming raw
material until latex discharge into dipping tank.
2.
To carry out latex sampling for NR tanker and witness sampling
process.
3.
To prepare daily compound planning and execute to compounding
workers.
4.
To follow up parameter lab test related to compounding
process.
5.
To conduct R&D trial hand dip with R&D team on new
chemical or latex.
6.
Rounding and monitor to ensure compounding area are in good
& tidy condition.
7.
To understand glove production process with production team.
8.
Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the
immediate superior.
