Duties & Responsibilities1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases 2. Screen resumes and support initial candidate shortlisting based on job requirements 3. Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and candidate communication 4. Support recruitment administration such as documentation, offer letters, and onboarding process 5. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
