Duties & Responsibilities

1. To develop diagnostic skills to identify problems and other possible solutions.
2. In depth analysis of production and compounding process control and assists production engineer/chemist in identifying and improving problematic areas.
3. To conduct improvement projects with the objectives of save cost, improve quality and improve efficiency.
4. Initiate and implement cost saving programs for all areas of production and compounding department.

Job Requirements
1. Degree level or equivalent from reputable universities.
2. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
