390 - Trainee, Production & Compounding  

Role

1) Study to improve the production efficiency and quality.

2) Study to reduce the utilities consumption & trouble shoot the defects

3) Study and analyse the production process based on flowchart and process control for each process.

4) Analyse daily feedback and reports from QM department to propose and implement the corrective action.

5) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1) Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
