Duties & Responsibilities1. Assist to monitor team helpdesk ticket SLA due to high volume of network tickets. 2. Trainee will help offload routine network support tasks 3. Assist in monitoring network alerts and escalate issues 4. Support SDWAN utilization and AWS performance monitoring 5. Monitor WiFi Access Points (AP) status 6. Provide support for daily IT operations and general IT tasks
Job Requirements1) Bachelor of Computer Science 2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written). 3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills. 4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
