Role
1.Monitoring the robotic arm stripping machine and auto stacking
machine such as maintenance, spare parts stock check, and settings of the
machine Complete training of AIVC models across all F27 production lines to
ensure optimized performance.
2. Deploy the OQI defect indicator panel to all lines to enhance
real-time defect detection and monitoring.
3.Conduct thorough analysis of bypassed defective gloves: covering
TR, DD, SA, and US categories.
4.Develop and implement preventive actions based on analysis result.
5.Perform
daily inspections, blind tests, and routine maintenance of the AIVC system to
ensure sustained operational integrity and optimal detection accuracy.
