Duties & Responsibilities

1) Monitor breakdown related to Robotic Machine.
2) To analyze the breakdown data on plant G.
3) To study the efficiency of robotic arm stripping.
4) To study the arm shelf life and spring material study
5) Cost study on cuff brush usage.
6) Improvement project to study cuff brush reduction related to former temperature at cuffing area at line 14&15.
7) Required to complete one project under their own department.
8) Required to at least participate or organize one Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

Job Requirements
1) Required to do final presentation on their departmental project & CSR programmed on the last week of internship.
2) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
3) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
