Duties & Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations, maintenance, and project activities to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations
2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, HVAC, utilities, machinery, and other building services.
3. Lead M&E projects including installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, and improvement works while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and company standards.
5. Prepare reports, budgets, and technical documentation, while continuously identifying opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency, and operational improvements.
