Role
1) Understanding gloves manufacturing process flow & operation.
2) Monitor existing equipment utilization, performances & provide suggestions for improvement.
3) Propose improvement plans & ideas to reduce cost, improves quality & etc.
4) Involve in given engineering projects.
5) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
6) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
