Duties & Responsibilities

  • 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • 2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels
  • 3. Conduct interviews and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
  • 4. Maintain recruitment database, reports, and ensure timely closure of vacancies
  • 5. Build talent pipeline and support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
