Duties & Responsibilities1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding 2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels 3. Conduct interviews and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers 4. Maintain recruitment database, reports, and ensure timely closure of vacancies 5. Build talent pipeline and support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
