Role
1) To do compounding planning on daily basis according to product type.
2) To update on latex consumption based on daily and monthly basis.
3) To plan for compounding chemical and latex usage for each product type.
4) To ensure compounded latex supply to dipping lines within the standard requirements.
5) To conduct formulation improvement to improve glove quality and costing.
6) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
7) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
