Duties & Responsibilities
1. To provide administrative services including but not limited to meal event arrangements such as management lunch menu planning and coordination with restaurant/caterer, arranging meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries.
2. To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman’s daily meetings and any other relevant meetings.
3. As key person to coordinate and plan for Chairman’s sport and health related agendas and attend external business / leisure events and functions.
4. Act as key person in charge to handle external guests visits to TG Premise / Office leading the Office tour and take charge of corporate gift distributions.
5. Undertake ad hoc assignment / functions and related duties as and when required.

Job Requirements
1. Degree in any related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
2.Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4.Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
