Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain employee personal files, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
  • Coordinate and arrange transportation for employees to attend FOMEMA medical examinations, TGGD appointments, and hospital visits as required.
  • Update and maintain departmental training records, ensuring accurate documentation of employee training activities.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain employee-related labels and documentation.
  • Assist in audit preparations by compiling required documents and ensuring records are properly maintained.
  • Process and submit employees' medical certificates (MCs) and leave applications to Payroll upon obtaining the necessary approvals from the HOF and HOD.
  • Monitor and ensure canteen cleanliness standards are maintained, and keep canteen related documentation updated.
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring employees' BMI assessment activities and related health initiatives.
