493 - Trainee, Marketing [centralized Planning]  

Duties & Responsibilities
1) In charge of overall company supply chain optimization planning and orders allocation to Factories
based on Factory capability.
2) Balancing of overall products lead time to ensure customers get their orders on time.
3) Centralized planning and batch dipping different group of product family from time to time to minimize
the product change over and conversion in the Factories.
4) Managing Factories inventory and stocks level at the healthy level.
5) New products allocation planning and follow up with different stakeholders such as Product Pillar,
Factory and R&D Center on new product qualification and launching progress.
6) Analysis of future orders trend in market together with Marketing Team to prepare Factories on market
trend shift and prevent factory facing shortage of orders.
7) Liaise with other departments such as Production, R&D, Packing and Factory Planner to discuss on any
enquiry by Marketing or customer.
8) To learn and take up Factory Master Planning to support and monitor orders progress in the
manufacturing process.
9) To attend and involve in meetings as required.
10) To handle improvement projects as assigned by Superior.
11) To conduct inspection and audit as per required.
12) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
13) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements
1) Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent from reputable
universities.
2) At least 1-year experience in the same line, fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
3) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
4) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
