Duties & Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support to users, including remote troubleshooting and onsite assistance to local users. Support PC deployment, replacement, and backup/restore processes. Assist in hardware maintenance, vendor coordination, and warranty claims. Perform basic network, CCTV, and server room upkeep. Support meeting setups, Smartboard/NUC devices, and assist during inspections as required


Job Requirements
1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
2) Good command of English & Malay {Spoken and written}
3) Well organized and time management.
4) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
5) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
6) High Commitment and responsible.
