Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality requirements.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing plants by troubleshooting engineering issues and recommending effective solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors on engineering activities, equipment installation, and project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies while preparing relevant technical documentation and reports.
