Role
1)Conduct R&D study, analyze data and prepare R&D report.
2)Monitor R&D trial run on-line.
3)Assist production or compounding department in trouble shoot defects.
4)Study developing new products.
5)Evaluate new chemicals or new latex.
6)Assist production or compounding department in trouble shoot defects.
7)Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
8)The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.
