Duties & Responsibilities

1. Managed container shipments, including Delivery Orders (DO), Post Goods Issue (PGI), and SAP transactions to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

2. Controlled finished goods (FG) inventory and coordinated FG movements within the factory and Central Warehouse (CWH).

3. Uploaded and maintained Delivery Orders (DO) for every shipment, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.

4. Performed monthly stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

5. Supervised warehouse workforce planning, optimized worker allocation, and improved operational efficiency.

6. Implemented warehouse process improvements, enhanced operational performance, and minimized complaints from internal and external stakeholders.
