Role
1) Assist in reviewing and improving existing testing methods and quality control systems for incoming materials, in-process inspections, and finished products.
2) Support the development of additional quality testing methods and systems to enhance quality control and prevent defective glove production.
3)Assist in the improvement of conventional testing methods through real-time monitoring and semi/fully automated testing solutions to enhance process control consistency.
4) Conduct market research and benchmarking on QA & QC control systems and advanced testing equipment used in the glove, rubber, and other manufacturing industries.
5) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
6) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.
