Duties & Responsibilities
1) Monitoring of the Compounding process flow and the compliances with the requirement of the compounding process as follow the sequence and method.
2) Manage and monitoring Compounding workers’ job scope, attendance, work performance and discipline. Ensure workers are trained and understand the proper compounding process and carried out proper compound.
3) Analyse compounding process and perform troubleshooting for Compounding improvement and report to management accordingly.
4) Carry out testing and recommendation for process improvement based on the system improvement on the Compounding to the management in order to set the standard of performance and management style.
5) To liaise with Production and R&D Chemist for the new chemicals testing as to meet the product requirement and standards. To also carry out testing on chemicals testing for further improve quality with efficient low cost.
6) To standardize and improve of the Compounding tanks system and to meet with the standards requirement. To minimize the wastages and mistakes in Compounding process and work.
7) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
8) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements
1) Degree in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering / Science Related or equivalent from reputable universities.
2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
