Duties & ResponsibilitiesCarry out R&D studies of NBR latex synthesis under supervision of R&D Chemist & Engineer.Conduct testing for raw material, in process and finished product samples produced in pilot plant.Assist R&D Chemist/ Engineer to carry out NBR latex synthesis and latex evaluation in pilot plant and glove production factory.Assist in production of R&D prototypes by using small scale dipping method in lab and production line.Compile & analyse R&D test data and prepare R&D report.Maintain cleanliness of R&D lab and pilot plant.Evaluate new chemicals or raw materials.Communicate effectively and regularly to reporting superiors on project progress, results and analysis in terms of complete study reports.Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
