Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting disciplinary letters (Show Cause, Warning Letters, Notices) and taking official notes during Domestic Inquiries and grievance meetings.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for employee workplace concerns, documenting issues and following up on dispute resolutions.
- Help monitor and research updates to local labor laws (e.g., Employment Act) to ensure company policies remain fully compliant.
- Prepare documentation, collect data, and record minutes for union discussions, Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) meetings, and Collective Agreement (CA) preparations.
- Maintain confidential case files, update the employee disciplinary database, and compile monthly reports on disciplinary actions and absenteeism.
