Role
01) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring latex compounding & chemical preparation standard compliance.
02) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring the production parameter compliance.
03) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring incoming, online & offline former compliance.
04) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring glove quality & glove weight at the production line.
05) To be responsible in establishing schedule for line & compounding area spot check & fixed inspection.
06) To be responsible in registering & conducting validation process for all R&D or improvement project taken throughout the operation area.
07) To monitor the line parameters such as chemicals, temperature, level etc
08) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
