657 - Trainee, Quality Assurance  

Role

1) Review and improvise current testing method & quality control system for incoming, in process & finished product.

2) Develop additional quality testing method and system for incoming, in process & finished product to prevent the production of defective glove.

3) Transform the conventional testing method to real time & semi or fully automated testing to in order to improve process control consistency.

4) Conduct market research on QA & QC control system & advance testing equipment by glove industry, rubber industry & other manufacturing industry.

5) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

6) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

1) Degree/ Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.

2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).

3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
