Duties & Responsibilities

1)Ensure that the quality of the finished goods meet customers’ requirement at alltime.
2)Liaison with Laboratory, Production, Packing, Warehouse and Compoundingfor related issue to quality.
3)Handling of customer’s complaint. Coordinate to arrange the complaintregistration, conduct an investigation and report on the findings.
4)To verify Test Report as per request by Marketing and DocumentationDepartment.
5)Oversees activities relating to the in-coming packing material inspection, in-process quality control and pre-shipment inspection of finished goods.
6)Analyze dipping lines defective rate data and prepare reports for ManagementMeeting, Management Review Meeting and any others meeting required byManagement.
7)Responsible to ensure that marketing samples are prepared according tospecification and submitted to the marketers on time.
8)Handling 3rd Party Inspection / Audit preparation or any activities which relatingto the Product Quality Control.
9)Monitoring of QA efficiency. To train and coach subordinate to improve theirperformance.
10)Initiate and implement cost saving programs for all areas of QA/PQC section.
11)Implement good housekeeping concept for the QA/PQC section.
12)To perform manpower planning & training for the QA/PQC section departmentin line with company policies and objectives.
13)Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
14)The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure /instruction.
