Role


Duties & Responsibilities

- 01) Identify and manage process improvement relating to product quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing lines efficiencies.

- 02) Carry out with process troubleshooting and investigation of process problems, product knowledge and resolve technical problems.

- 03) Carry out testing of new chemical / raw material and the effectiveness for quality improvement and cost saving.

- 04) Responsible for the support and integration of continuous improvement efforts which includes driving existing efforts to meet productivity targets.

- 05) To provide adequate training to respective department supervisor, assistant supervisor, leader and operator.

- 06) Monitor all Critical Control Points (CCP) related to individual department and verify related records to ensure compliance with HACCP critical limits and frequencies.

- 07) Investigate complaints, develop and submit responses for customer complaints.

- 08) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.

- 09) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements
- 01) Degree in relevant studies from reputable universities.

- 02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).

- 03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

- 04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
