Role
01) To take care of IETS operation.
02) To ensure COD and other parameters such as BOD, zinc, TSS and pH are always within the DOE Standard B.
03) To handle the latex sludge and sludge cake disposal to Kualiti Alam.
04) To ensure production, compounding, chemical preparation and chlorination waste discharge come to IETS for treatment first before discharge to the public drain.
05) To ensure the public drain outside and surrounding factory is always in clean condition.
06) To ensure chemical is enough to carry out treatment.
07) To liaise with supplier, consultant and relevant departments if needed. 08) To do spot check on the public drain condition to ensure no whitish discharge.
09) To prepare documents such as consignment note, inventory record, daily performance monitoring report and etc.
10) To ensure dust collector service jobs has been carried out and fulfilled DOE Standard.
11) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
12) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
